Caregiving services
Caring for an elderly parent can be overwhelming for an adult who is already taxed managing a job, our challenging economy, and an active family with children. That is why We Care Home Care was created…to help ease that stress and meet the needs of the elderly parent with compassion and care while keeping the rest of the family informed and actively involved….Darwyn Faulds, Owner
We are an independent provider with more than 30 years of experience in the medical community. Our care team is led by a physician and RN who specialize in health care for the elderly, disabled and homebound, and assist with and review all client care plans.
Our goal is to provide the best possible in-home caregiving services at affordable rates. And, we are committed to providing these services while maintaining the dignity and independence of our clients, and providing continual support, information and encouragement to their families.

This commitment is why we provide daily online or telephone reporting notes for the families of our clients, so they have a steady stream of information about the care and health of their loves ones. It’s also why we conduct regular, unannounced Quality Control Assessments, and our caregivers check in with us by telephone when they arrive at each location.
Our caregivers are kind, compassionate, courteous and respectful of our clients, and all employees are committed to our Mission Statement.
Mission Statement
We Care Home Care’s primary goal is to provide compassionate, reliable assistance that enables our clients to remain in their homes for as long as possible.
Our specialized care management plan, based on personal and professional evaluations, will work to meet the needs of the individual whose care can be safely and effectively managed in the home environment. These needs will be met through the coordinated efforts of our on-staff nurses, physical therapists, and other health care professionals.
We Care Home Care strives to provide 100 percent satisfaction with the overall experience for each family member, by treating your loved ones as if they are one of our own.
